I developed this workbook as an introduction to what effective inner work looks and feels like — not the “feel good” that is pushed to the masses.

The work requires a special type of individual. Someone who is serious about healing but doesn’t want to retreat from society or take years to do it. Someone who wants a simple, straightforward, and fast solution.

This workbook is for the man or woman that doesn’t want the drag.

Your trauma is slowing you down. In your relationships, in your happiness, in your overall life satisfaction. Despite your incredible problem-solving professional capabilities, in you personal life you feel defeated. You carry a degree of genuine self-deprecation because you haven’t resolved these wounds that are several years, or decades, long.

This is not for the person that will become defensive when the story around their wound starts getting peeled back and “invalidated”. It’s for the person that wants to get rid of it.

You are ready to become more whole, loving and connected through this work — not just find a new reason to disassociate from your emotions through a new justification for why “you are the way you are“.
